      Hard to tell if this is basalt that has been tumbled in the surf with secondary mineralization or if it’s siltstone with mineralized parts which may or may not be fossils. Considering Iceland is volcanic with a history of basaltic erruptions and the black markings around the mineral (caused by a secondary reaction) make me lean towards this is basalt with some sort of zeolite.
