looks like you’ve got a handful of brachiopods, and even a gastropod in there. Nice! I took a glance at some of your other posts, you have a really nice collection of brachiopods!
-

The top is a strophominid and the bottom two look to be rhynchonolids. And then the gastropod on the right.
-
Thank you!!!

Bivalve shell

Lovely brachiopod @mark-breads !
-
@matthew-gramling to me this looks like it could be a cockle shell, what kind of brachiopod do you think it is?
-
I would love to know still new to this my other brachiopods don’t look like this ?
-
Greetings @a-trilobite ! Pending @mark-breads collected this from Kansas City Group sediments then its seems logical that his specimen is a brachiopod. KCG is principally Mississippian in age. It could be bivalve, but I’m leaning towards brachiopod because of the age of the sediments.

Brachiopod

Most likely pedicle valve of a spiriferid brachiopod.

Greetings @mark-breads ! This is a unique specimen for sure. My best guess is that it is a trilobite or similar arthropod.
-
This is very interesting, I don’t think you’ll get a good answer here. My guess is that You’d have to ask an expert. My guess is some kind of arthropod, but that’s very vague. I’m just not sure about the pattern but especially unsure about the coloration.
-
Do you know the age of the area you found this, it could be a spriggina but that’s a long shot
-
@a-trilobite Kansas City Group is Mississippian to Pennsylvanian in age, so we can preclude spriggina. Does look similar however.
