looks like a tooth from a shark, you can also see som shells on the rock.

It is a fossilized shark tooth and some tiny fossilized shells

@matt-cagle-2 this is not a shark tooth but some mineral staining (though I suppose its possible meg might have been there and worn out, the way the imprint is makes me lean against that) but there are some fossilized shells. If you put in an approximate location I can help get you an age for it.

Perhaps it is the angle, but I do not see any coral fossils on this stone.
