3 years, 9 months ago3 years, 9 months agoPer macrostrat map the quarries in the Cedar Rapids area date to late Devonian (382.7-358.9 Ma). Dimensions OD= 1.25 in & ID is approx 7/16 in. (Sorry I don’t do metric that much).

This does look like it might be a horn coral! If you could update the information with dimensions and possible lithostrat (the Mancos phone app or Macrostrat.org are both great resources for this!), we can help get a better ID!
