@philip-mahon – did you find in around there? My geologic bedrock map suggests it’s Miocene – Holocene in age but volcanic rocks rather than sedimentary so there wouldn’t be fossils really.

5 years, 2 months ago5 years, 2 months agoFound these samples and need help identifying. Seem to be bone in sediment with other fossils around them which may help in identifying age.

the picture is a little blurry but it looks like a whale ear bone (periodic?) but it may be dolphin. Would need a scale bar with the image to better narrow down
