Hi Todd,

I am guessing maybe your teeth have calcium carbonate or marine debris on them?  If so, I would direct you to Chuck Ferrara in this group.  He has experience with such cleaning.  Usually involves dilute vinegar and water, but not sure on the soak time, etc, so check with Chuck, I bet he has some great tips.  🙂
