Look like it to me. From what I couldn’t say, even if I were better with bones they are in pretty rough shape. But still a good fossil find!
Tricerapod?
These are indeed bone fragments, likely from cetaceans (whales/dolphins/porpoises) but unfortunately given their fragmentary state we can’t be 100% sure. Thus, we often call them Chunkosauruses!
