That looks a lot like a Pachyphyllum sp. colonial rugose coral, but the problem is that Pachyphyllum sp. is associated with the Devonian. The Fort Campbell area has been mapped to the Mississippian. It’s a colony of Rugose Coral (Horn Coral. Probably Ordovician in age.
