3 years, 6 months ago3 years, 6 months ago@smudge-smith are you saying that there’s people who still think it was bipedal? I’m pretty sure that the 2014 remodel has been considered accurate for half a decade

3 years, 7 months ago3 years, 7 months agol know that you live on the iow too, @smudge-smith . don’t you agree that some specimens there look quite confusing, and that an expert should really travel there to see what they are in order to resolve the mystery?

thanks… maybe not as cool as a bipedal theropod but nonetheless nice.
does this mean it’s a dinosaur? nothosaurus had more reptile fins than fish fins like spino but is classed as marine reptile. also I know spino can’t breathe underwater but ichyosaurs couldn’t.????????????????dino or marine?????????
@smudge-smith spinosaurus is still a dinosaur. it’s just the first known aquatic one
you must also note that Marine Reptiles aren’t an actual group, like dinosaurs. just a generic term for reptiles that live in the ocean. a sea turtle or a saltwater croc can be called marine reptiles, but they actually belong to the turtle group and the crocodile group
I know I was just using a broad range because I wasn’t sure (if spino wasn’t a Dino) what group to put it in
but thanks
Wow Spinosaurus really ceases to amaze
