Activity

Two similar “rocks” found in Atlantic Canada approx 2ft underground in a high limestone area. Item1 is more oval with an outer brittle shell; whereas item2 is a near identical flattened version of item1 – incl outer “shell” fragments
I suspect rocks or concretions – but am intrigued by the “shell” as well as the way they were found
Any thoughts are appreciated
