Nice photo! I think this is some dried mud, not a fossil. It does not seem to have the characteristic bumps of fossil dinosaur skin, and even then, it might not be Dino skin. As a poster on the Fossil Forum mentions, “However, it is easy to mistake a bumpy piece of rock, mud sediment, septarian nodule, concretions, or a coral fossil as dino skin.”
Hi @Santino-Diaz! @Daniel-Park is correct here. This appears almost to be a limestone-y mud.
