Help w Devonian Tree or Plant Fossil

Collected from the Lake Erie beach in Derby, NY, a few miles south of the Penn Dixie Fossil Park. Can you help me ID the plant. I’m making an assumption it is middle Devonian, but correct me if I’m wrong; I’m a total amateur.

Can you provide a clearer close-up image? And a close-up of the edges of the specimen.
