Hi, @phoebe-emerson! Do you have any better pictures of it? Most forams from around here are from the Ocala Limestone, so it is most likely Eocene in age. I also suspect this is either an asterocyclina or a lepidocyclina.

Negaprion is a lemon shark. This is not a lemon but instead a lower Carcharhinus species. From the lower teeth (which this is), it is usually (there are a few exceptions) to narrow down the exact species.
