This looks like a claw. Well worth your time to have it checked out at a museum or paleontology department of a university near you..

It looks like a claw, but when it comes to claws, typically the end of the claws that connect to the hand or foot is double or maybe even triple (depending on the creature) the size of the tip, so I think it’s just a rock, it would be awesome if it was a claw though
Another possibility is it could be a tusk
