Hard to tell because the camera is focused on the penny and not the fossil, but I think I see some tiny orthacones? (Could also be crinoids but they appear to thin out)

Thank you for your input. I think you’re right about the orthocones. I circled a spot on the third photo that initially looked like it had three lobes, but it definitely could be just the way the weathering of the Orthocone turned out appearing.
