Too blurry, the carpet seems to be in focus and not the fossil itself. It does look strange. This is a paper that analyzes some of the painted enhanced Green River fossils: https://analyticalscience.wiley.com/do/10.1002/micro.2982 It has some nice figures that show the painted fins as opposed to the real fossil underneath the paint.
