@krystle-ashcroft The rock itself is limestone/chert, but it looks like it might have some fossils on it! The little rings are likely crinoid (sea lily) stem pieces. Not a dinohead. There are lots if minerals. Worth your time to find out which kind.

It is a Dino 🦕 head. It’s obvious to anyone that has any vision, and can recognize permineralization and replacement. Of course this skull has been mineralized and if you haven’t the conscious eye to see the teeth, which are mineralized as well, then maybe take some time off and readjust your eyes.
