Hello again. I’m sorry to tell you but this is a peice of chert. The fracture is very characteristic of that rock.

I disagree @Mackenzie-smith I can see some resemblance to chert but in fact chert is a black opaque color is it not!?….this piece is clearly white

Chert can be a variety of colors: red, gray, black, pink, white, green. Depends on other elements that are around when the rock forms.
This is a piece of chert.
