Hi Sadie Mills.  I couldn’t  figure out how to post a new comment, so I edited my old comment.  That is a very unusual specimen that a professional paleoentomologist such as Michael Engel or James Hagadorn or Sam Heads should look at.  I think that it would have been formed by cellular replacement as mineralized water percolated through.  It is really tough to tell too much from a photo!  Thanks!  Jim Barkley.
