Greetings @a-trilobite and @meika-mcalister ! I’m not exactly sure. If you could provide a more local geographic designation like town or county that would help narrow down an idea. Honestly, they look like coral sponges which have been pressed down and preserved under sediment. An example being the collapse of a marine ledge or bank.
