Sweet!! I just found one with the same (much smaller) gray webbed looking fossil.. do you know what that is?
Crinoid stems and brozan I think that is how you spell it
Thanks @holly-romanek, I liked your specimens as well. Actually, your posts from last week as well as a post from @ali-senty-haugen inspired me to post this specimen, so thanks to both of you! The grey webbed fossil you are referring to is one of many different forms of a filter-feeding animal called Bryozoan (AKA “Moss Animals”). If you copy and paste this incredibly long URL address it should have some good information on bryozoans…

Thank you, I wish I had one that nice in my collection. Maybe someday, i have a few expeditions planned this summer so heres hoping 🧡
