Wouldn’t be able to tell the exact species but some species of raptor like the micro raptor and dromaeosaur were turkey sized, be fun to research,

Where it was found the fossils are predominantly marine species, so I’m learning more towards a crustation cheliped,

A spleen is very soft tissue and has almost a zero percent chance of fossilizing.

Scale might help, but the top one is part of a spine for sure.

You need to a post location with your items. The location can determine the age and thus possibly what the item is.

It looks like an interior of an ammonite. A side picture would help.

Any detail on the other side? Looks like either a shell or ammonite with some of the nacre intact. Leaning ammonite because of the colors.
