Rock. Rather than picking up every odd shaped rock, I recommend you look at the rocks to see if there are regular shapes in them or things that are a radically different color or texture. I think it’s bryzoan but they are not something I’m overly familiar with. the round shape that sticks out some might be a shell but I can’t tell in these pictures.
Possibly bryozoans.
