I made an error!! The two species names I listed for John’s Primaspis are actually species names for Cryptolithus. Primaspis should be Primaspis crosotus.

John’s little trilobites were Primaspis but I don’t recall the species name Brenda used. The trilobite that Tom Johnson had was some species of Isotelus – maybe maximus or gigas or maybe neither. I will keep you guys posted. Right now, I am producing 2 megalodon jaws for outreach in NM and an art class in CA. Both 3D printers are busy, but the Orca will come to life soon. I really want to create a life size model.

I do have several verts in my classroom. I now have an articulated human skeleton in my room so I can compare that way as well. I can email the students clips from Your InnerFish where Shubin discusses comparative anatomy.
